- All refunds will be processed and credited to the original form of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, and its original condition with the tags still attached.
- All returns/exchanges must be done within 20 days of the purchase order receipt date.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What is the Returns/Exchange policy due to COVID-19?
We are excited to announce that our store will be REOPENING May 29th! However, we completely understand that while the stay-at-home order was in place you may have not been able to return/exchange your items. We have decided to extend our return date until June 30th for your online purchases. Please refer back to this page to see any updates in regards to the return policy during this time.
When will my return be processed?
Returns will be processed 1-3 days after being received. Again, we do everything out of our boutique, but we strive to do everything fast and efficiently!
How do I return my merchandise?
Place merchandise in shipping safe box or envelope with original invoice included. Shipping costs are covered by the customer, so you may pick any carrier you prefer.
We recommend using some form of tracking to ensure your package reached us safely. However, you are welcome to use any carrier of your choice. Please send returns / exchanges to:

Can I return merchandise in-store?
If you live in the area and wish return your merchandise in-store, absolutely. However, Bella-Gia Online is a separate department from our store front, therefore you must follow the return policy stated above. Have your items in a bag/box labeled ATTN: RETURN with the invoice included and we will get it to the returns department and then process your return from there.
What is Bella-gia's IN STORE return policy?
All returns must be brought back in within 14 days for an exchange or store credit only. Merchandise must me unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Why are the online and in store return policies different?
In store we have a rewards program, Bella Bucks, that we keep track of so you, our customer, receives your coupon every month. Online we do not offer the rewards program, Bella Bucks, online offers many more promotional sales to get you the best deals. We offer two different options so you get the best of both!
How do I exchange?
If you want to exchange the same item for a different size, you may place a new order for that item now, as our inventory moves very quickly. Then, follow our return policy stated above to return your original item.
However, if you would like to exchange your purchase for something completely different, we totally understand. Please send your items back or return in store, we will then process your return in 1-3 business days and credit your original form of payment.
