Return & Exchange Policy
- Merchandise can be returned for exchange or store credit only. Returned merchandise must be received within 14 days of original ship date for store credit or exchange.
- You may return or exchange your merchandise in store or by shipping us the merchandise.
- You are responsible for the shipping and handling of returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Send your package back via the most economical shipping method of your choice.
- All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in original undamaged box with no signs of wear.
- Due to limited quantities per unique style, an exchange may not be possible. Please email us- email@example.com prior to returning your item if you would like to exchange for a different size or color and we will try our best to complete your request. If an item is not available, you will be issued a store credit.
- We will NOT accept returns or exchanges on: clearance items and accessories. (Accessories include: jewelry, sunglasses, belts, scarves etc.)
